Unboxing Corporate Solution – Refund & Return Policy

At Unboxing Corporate Solution, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As most of our products are sourced internationally and supplied on a pre-order basis, the following Refund & Return Policy applies.

1. Pre-Order Products

• Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
• Any advance payment made for a pre-order is non-refundable after the order has been processed with the supplier.
• Requests for changes in color, size, or model may be accepted only before the order is processed.

2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

✅ Damaged or defective product received

✅ Product received is different from the item ordered

3. Return Conditions

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• An unboxing video and clear photos of the product must be provided.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must remain intact.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests will be reviewed and verified before approval.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method, bank transfer, or mobile financial service, where applicable.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

❌ Change of mind after purchase

❌ Dissatisfaction with color, size, or design when the delivered product matches the order

❌ Incorrect order details provided by the customer

❌ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

❌ Used, washed, or altered products

6. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time for pre-order products is 18–25 business days.
• Delivery may take longer due to international shipping, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
